The Role: Trader – Tokyo
Monjasa is looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented professional to join its Tokyo trading team and support the company’s continued expansion across Japan and Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bunker trading activities, including fuel sales, procurement, and logistical coordination aimed at optimizing commercial performance and profitability.
A key focus of the role will be identifying and developing new customer relationships while expanding Monjasa’s market presence in Japan. The position offers significant autonomy and ownership, allowing the successful applicant to contribute directly to business growth and regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Bunker Trading Activities: Manage day-to-day trading operations covering bunker fuel sales, procurement activities, and commercial negotiations aimed at delivering value for both customers and the business.
