The Role: Energy Solution Partner – Multiple Locations
Blue Energy Partners is looking for a social, motivated professional with a natural sales mindset to support its trading activities at its international office hubs in Copenhagen, Odense, Oslo, Dubai, or Cape Town. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a cooperative, team-driven environment and wants to make a global impact by helping shape the future of international shipping and maritime energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Trading & Business Development: Engage in daily bunker fuel trading operations, understanding customer requirements, negotiating competitive prices, and closing deals successfully while looking beyond today’s fuel price. Help customers navigate change and discuss new fuels.
- Commercial Freedom: Enjoy the freedom to pursue commercial opportunities across marine fuels, biofuels, offshore, and navy, taking ownership and creating new business.
- Relationship Management & Value Creation: Build strong customer partnerships, develop long-term commercial value, and enjoy healthy competition while celebrating success together.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support current operations and ensure seamless transaction execution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Around 3–5 years of experience within bunker trading and commercial trading of marine fuels, biofuels, and alternative fuels.
- Commercial & Interpersonal Skills: Blue Energy Partners is seeking individuals who are commercially ambitious, curious, eager to keep learning, and possess a strong desire to take ownership.
- Education: Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, as English is the corporate language.
