Germany | May 7, 2026 – SCHOTTEL, a global leader in steerable propulsion, has been awarded the contract to supply advanced rudder propellers for two 20,000 cbm LNG bunkering vessels. Operated by Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) and under construction at Jiangnan Shipyard, these vessels are set to become pillars of China’s maritime decarbonization strategy upon their delivery in April 2027.
