As our new Sourcing Trader in Fredericia, you will become a vital and contributing part of one of our Trading teams characterized by proactivity, team spirit, and passion for the industry. Your primary role is day-to-day trading, covering sales, purchase of bunker fuel, and logistical planning to optimize profits.
The main focus of this role is to identify opportunities in the volatile market and new supply options in North Europe, and you will experience a high level of professional creativity and possibility to think outside the box. This position will also give you the opportunity to travel and visit our suppliers; thus, you will be in contact with stakeholders all over the world and get the opportunity to create valuable networks.

In this role, your areas of responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining a solid relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders Ensuring optimal internal stakeholder satisfaction by building strong personal relations and providing specialist advice in bunker solutions, smooth coordination of bunker fuel supply, and solving claims and disputes Proactively investigating and developing new areas of focus Providing internal support by surveying ports/regions and tracking vessel movements
To succeed as a Sourcing Trader, it is relevant that you bring:
Relevant educational experience – most likely with a commercial focus Great attention to detail Experience with Procurement/Sales, including canvassing and vendor treatment Fluency in written and verbal English. Danish is a plus
Experience from the Bunkering and/or Shipping industry is an advantage, not a requirement.
As a person, you are driven and resilient with a high level of attention to detail, alongside being strong at building personal relations. You have the ability to work both in teams and individually, and you proactively seek new market opportunities and engage with business partners as a motivational part of the job. Moreover, you have a natural flair for numbers, analysis, and negotiation.
