Fratelli Cosulich USA is looking to expand its Bunker Trading team and is looking for a Junior Bunker Trader to join the team in Hoboken, NJ.
The candidate will be responsible to enhance sales activities and strengthen existing client relations while committing to and following company’s policies and procedures, values and code of conduct.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities by increasing the customer portfolio, maintaining and enhancing the existing customer relationships
- Manage and monitor daily operational issues
- Implement marketing approach and sales strategies
- Monitor market developments and trends
- Identify and target new business opportunities
What we are looking for
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the Maritime and shipping industry
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive personality
- Solid attitude as team player, with a focus on building long term results and relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage urgent situations
- Good attitude and availability to travel both international and domestic to meet existing and potential clients and suppliers.
- English (C1+)
Desirable:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the bunker market Worldwide, with special focus on the Americas
- Good connections and a solid network of customers and suppliers in the marine fuel industry
- Portfolio of existing customer
- Knowledge of a second language
