Singapore, 5th June 2025, In a significant move toward maritime decarbonization, Fratelli Cosulich Marine Energy (FC Marine Energy) and IINO Lines have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement that signals a strengthened partnership between two longstanding maritime powerhouses. The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks a pivotal moment in their shared vision for a more sustainable future in global shipping.

Focus on Methanol, LNG, and Ammonia Bunkering

This newly inked agreement sets the foundation for deep collaboration in the alternative marine fuels sector, with a specific focus on methanol, LNG, and ammonia bunkering. As global regulatory pressures mount and environmental concerns intensify, the move demonstrates the companies’ proactive approach to accelerating the maritime industry’s transition to cleaner energy sources.

Under the terms of the MoU, both FC Marine Energy and IINO Lines will jointly explore new business opportunities in the alternative fuels domain. The scope of collaboration includes sharing market intelligence, facilitating strategic dialogues with potential suppliers, and driving coordinated initiatives that enhance both companies’ positioning in the alternative bunker fuel value chain.
