The agreement, signed at the CIBF exhibition in Shenzhen, formalizes a partnership that began with a Memorandum of Understanding in December 2025. This SCA moves beyond theory into the large-scale industrialization of high-rate Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) systems specifically optimized for the rigors of the sea.
