Position: Marine Fuel Supply Trader – Office Location: Singapore
The Marine Fuel Supply Trader will be responsible for executing and optimizing fuel supply strategies across Singapore and the Far East. This includes building strong bunker supplier and counterparty relationships, negotiating competitive contracts, and ensuring secure, cost-effective supply delivery.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp individual with solid market awareness and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute marine fuel supply trading activities in Singapore and Far East markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physical suppliers, traders, and counterparties
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms while ensuring compliance with trading regulations
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and pricing trends to identify trading opportunities
- Collaborate closely with bunker trading, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Deliver regular trading performance reports, market updates, and strategic supply reviews
- Maintain strict adherence to risk management policies, credit controls, and compliance standards
