About the Role: Sales Executive – Marine Fuel
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships while further penetrating and nurturing existing accounts. Based in Koege—with flexible hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 remote)—this role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator and trusted commercial partner to clients, capable of delivering value-added solutions in a competitive, fast-paced marine fuel market.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the marine sector.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customer requests and inquiries.
- Build and manage relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits across Denmark and Europe to foster engagement.
- Monitor customer credit lines and exposure to ensure risk controls are maintained.
- Handle and resolve operational or commercial claims efficiently and professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Positive, proactive work ethic with strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving role.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
Preferred Background
- Experience in shipping, bunkering, operations, chartering, or maritime agency roles preferred.
- A background in shipping or business studies is advantageous.
- A university degree is preferred but not required.
