(Shenji Energy) have officially transitioned from spot-market partners to long-term strategic allies.
The two entities signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Shenergy Group headquarters in Shanghai, outlining a sophisticated “Spot-term Flexibility and Long-term Offtake” model. This framework is designed to insulate global shipping players from the volatility of the energy transition while securing the high-volume capacity required to meet tightening international mandates.
