In this position you will handle all facets of marketing: digital, research, data analysis, creative campaigns and event planning. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the department in executing marketing campaigns from inception to completion. You will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth workflow, overcoming potential roadblocks and meeting tight deadlines. The role will be based in Dubai, but you will be in daily communication with global offices and suppliers to ensure success of all marketing related projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Brainstorm and articulate creative ideas and strategies to present to management
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed of all marketing initiatives
- Craft English content for press releases, social media, videos, internal communication, presentations.
- Carry out administrative tasks like expense tracking, inventory management, third party communication, coordination between multiple departments and offices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stellar grammar and vocabulary
- Digital knowledge preferred i.e. web analytics, WordPress, Google adwords, display advertising
- Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Critical thinking and inventive problem solving
- Team player
