BaseBlue is Formed by the Merger of BMS, Bunkernet and SBI

Leading marine fuels Suppliers, BMS United Bunkers, Bunkernet, and SBI Bunkering BV, today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement to form Baseblue, a global leader in maritime energy solutions.

The new company will have offices in Greece, Argentina, Cyprus, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands. Baseblue will employ over 80 specialists with global expertise under one brand to offer extensive services.

The merge is effective immediately, however, a transition period will exist until the end of April. Beyond the name and logo change, customers will not experience any changes in daily operations.
