AmSpec acquires “Independent Inspection Services” of Sweden

AmSpec, a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification provider, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Independent Inspection Services (“IIS”).

IIS is a regional leader in the Nordic testing and inspection market based in Gothenburg, Sweden and operating out of its main laboratory in Gothenburg, as well as offices in Malmo, Lysekil, and Sundsvall. IIS performs testing, inspections, and a variety of support services in the Energy and Agricultural sectors.
