Australia | November 24, 2025 – Integr8 Fuels has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pentarch Offshore Solutions to enhance bunker fuel supply and marine refuelling capabilities at the Port of Edrom in Eden, New South Wales.

The agreement was formalised on 12 November at the Port of Edrom and witnessed by representatives from the NSW Port Authority and Regional Development NSW. The partnership is aimed at supporting increased demand for marine fuel arising from offshore energy, maritime, and defence-related activities in the region.

Bunker Fuel Supply to Support Offshore and Defence Operations

Under the MOU, Integr8 Fuels and Pentarch Offshore Solutions will work together to strengthen bunker fuel provision and associated operational support at the port, as Edrom continues its development as a multi-purpose marine and energy terminal.

The agreement builds on existing fuel supply arrangements servicing Australian and international marine contractors, including allied defence and naval refuelling operations operating along Australia’s southeast coast.

Port of Edrom Positioned for Increased Refuelling Demand

Regional stakeholders are progressing the transformation of the Port of Edrom to accommodate a broader range of vessel types and marine activities. The Integr8–Pentarch partnership is expected to support the port’s ability to offer reliable bunker fuel services to vessels operating in offshore energy projects, maritime logistics, and government-supported operations.

Christopher Seidel, Business Manager at Integr8 Fuels, said the partnership reinforces the company’s commitment to the Australian market:

This partnership strengthens Integr8 Fuels’ presence in the Australian market, demonstrating our commitment to supporting critical marine and offshore operations. We look forward to collaborating with Pentarch Offshore Solutions and contributing to the growth and capability of the Port of Edrom and the Far South Coast community of New South Wales.

William Kanavan, Managing Director of Pentarch Offshore Solutions, highlighted the broader significance of the agreement for the region:

The signing of this MOU marks a significant milestone for Pentarch Offshore Solutions, firmly positioning our region on the global map as a growing hub for marine and offshore energy operations. Our developing partnership with a world-leading fuel provider like Integr8 Fuels demonstrates the scale of opportunity this regional port can deliver – for industry, and for Australia.
