These sustainable fuels are now available at key Argentine ports, including San Nicolás at the Ternium-Siderar terminal, Campana, San Pedro, and Rosario (TRP Terminal).
This biofuel supply chain is certified by the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC), ensuring that Total Bunkering’s products meet the highest standards of sustainability and quality. The company offers the flexibility to blend UCOME with traditional fossil fuels (VLSFO or LSMGO), allowing clients to tailor their fuel choices to their specific needs while contributing to the global effort to decarbonize the shipping industry.
Introduction of Truck-Based Bunkering at Port of San Nicolás
Complementing its sustainable fuel offerings, Total Bunkering has introduced a new truck-based bunkering service at the Port of San Nicolás, specifically at the Ternium-Siderar terminal. This new service modality allows for fuel loading via trucks while cargo operations are ongoing, significantly optimizing operation times and enhancing overall efficiency.
The truck-based delivery system not only accelerates the bunkering process but also offers greater flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of vessels calling at the port. This service innovation is particularly important given the strategic significance of San Nicolás in Argentina’s maritime infrastructure. Notably, Total Bunkering is the only authorized bunker supplier at the Ternium-Siderar terminal, ensuring exclusive and reliable service at this key location. Along with other key ports of Campana, San Pedro, and Rosario (TRP Terminal).
