Peninsula Welcomes Hercules Sky, a Modern Tanker to Expand Fleet for Sustainable Marine Fuel Delivery
Peninsula is pleased to announce the addition of Hercules Sky, a two-year-old oil chemical tanker, to their expanding fleet. With a tank capacity of 9000cbm and a pump rate of over 500cbm/hr, this modern barge will strengthen their physical operation in the Gibraltar Strait and enable them to deliver ISCC Certified Sustainable Marine Fuel as B100 or blends.
As the first barge of its kind in the Peninsula fleet, it will allow them to offer smooth and tailor-made supplies to their valued customers. Moreover, Peninsula hosted several cadets from the University of Gibraltar onboard as part of their BSc Maritime Science course, providing them with practical experience to supplement their studies.
