By joining KPI OceanConnect London you will be based in our newly refurbished office in central London, the newest of Bunker Holding’s regional hub offices. You will be part of the KPI OceanConnect Trading team, working alongside KPI OceanConnect Global Accounts and Bunker One Physical, as well as Bunker Holding Credit and some of Bunker Holding New Fuels team.

You will have overall responsibility for the performance of the team members, fostering growth not only within the local company but within the Group and making sure the team reaches its profit target in GP and GP in percentage. While maintaining and developing an individual customer portfolio, you simultaneously thrive with developing people and are able to motivate and engage them by being a role model.
- Other responsibilities:
Proactively drive customer sales within the London office. - Identify and communicate market trends, pricing and opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
- Sales training and coaching of experienced traders and trainees using internal and external resources.
A committed and driven profile that value team spirit
As a Team Lead, Senior Trader, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the office’s clients (these being your own, existing office accounts and new clients) and create innovative solutions to optimize value for our business partners. You have 3+ years’ experience from a similar role with relevant experience in marine fuels or shipping and will be expected to lead and mentor traders, brokers, and trainees as well as run sales initiatives. With solid business acumen, customer- and supplier insights, you will support organizational and strategic objectives and exhibit good leadership as an integral part of our dedicated and passionate trading team.
