Gasum AB Netherlands Branch has successfully completed its first truck-to-ship LNG bunker operation at VCK Terminal Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The operation involved the transfer of LNG from a truck to the Bore Wind vessel, which is operated by Finnish forest-based bioindustry company UPM – The Biofore Company.
This marks Gasum AB first truck-to-ship LNG bunker operation in the Netherlands, with Schenk Tanktransport serving as the transport company. The successful operation was a major milestone for the company and involved the collaboration of multiple parties.
