For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Singapore-headquartered marine fuel solutions provider reported a 72% surge in revenue to US$197.1 million, up from US$114.6 million during the same period in 2025. Profitability scaled at an even faster pace, driven by disciplined commercial execution amid global oil market volatility.
Financial Performance Highlights
- Gross Profit: Rose 158% year-over-year to US$5.3 million, with gross profit margins improving by 50% to reach 2.7%.
- Operating Income: Skyrocketed 936% to US$1.9 million, expanding the operating margin from 8.9% to 35.8%.
- Net Income: Grew 1,415% to US$1.4 million, compared to just US$90,987 in the first half of 2025.
- EBITDA: Jumped 598% to US$2.1 million, up from US$304,578 in the prior-year period.
