The Role: Supply Executive
Based in Singapore, the Supply Executive will support World Fuel’s marine fuels business by sourcing and securing fuel supply while helping optimize commercial performance across assigned markets, particularly within Korea and the broader Asian region. Key Responsibilities
- Fuel Procurement & Supply Management: The successful candidate will negotiate daily marine fuel purchasing requirements within assigned markets, ensuring competitive supply arrangements that support customer demand and commercial objectives.
- Supplier Relationship Development: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers will be a key component of the role. The Supply Executive will work to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities that create additional value for both suppliers and customers.
- New Supplier Acquisition: The position involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers to expand World Fuel’s regional supply network and improve market coverage.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in commodity trading, preferably within marine fuels, bunkering, energy markets, or related sectors.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Korean, both written and spoken, is required due to regular interaction with Korean-speaking suppliers, counterparties, and stakeholders.
- Commercial Expertise: Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of commodity market fundamentals, pricing dynamics, and commercial negotiation practices.
